I'm stuck in this situation but to make matters worse, cannot access my old account because I have been locked out after being unable to pass the 2fa associated with my old number. I've contacted Facebook over a dozen times and performed all of their requested actions but have received no affirmative response, only references to things I've already attempted and other endless loops. Even after involving the BBB they continued to regurgitate inappropriate and canned responses.
