wierd ads poppup

Hey guys i have a little problem with these russian search sites and ads that keep popping up. i have tried to clean them out several times and i have removed all addons for chrome and reset chrome a few times aswell. but they seem to come back anyways? i manually deleted the extensions even and that didnt help. and i used adw cleaner , didnt help.

Have you tried a good pop up blocker?

assuming you've already done the standard AV scan, try Malwarebytes. worked for a colleague who also had the same issue, though for a different site. your mileage may vary.

i actually reinstalled windows and that seemed to work. i had to do it last time. i hate doing it cuzz all my files get deleted. But for future sake , what does actually help cuzz my Norton 360 doesnt seem to do shit
