wifi adapter not detecting

I have upgraded my toshiba satellite C50-A560's O.S from win 7 to Win 8 32 bit, before my wifi adapter was working but now in win 8 my adapter is not showing even after installing the wireless lan network adapter's driver "Atheros Communications QCA9565 / AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter".
On double on Atheros Communications QCA9565 / AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter option in device manager, it is saying "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)" and also It is showing yellow triangle in device manager.

try updating the driver. if that doesnt resolve the issue try reseating the WIFI adaptr if possible

on updating it is still showing yellow sign in device driver.....I need driver for toshiba satellite C50-A560 for WLAN Adapter in laptop is Qualcomm Atheros QCWB335 .
Operation system is Windows 8

if its a laptop you can try to go to the manufacturers website and click drivers.
http/support.toshiba.com/drivers
fill in your serial there and you will find all available drivers for your system.
dunno if links are allowed but try it there and if windows 8 is supported by youre laptop they have the driver.
instal it then it should be ok
