Alright...I suppose since you are sooo elementary...I'll have to explain. Have you ever played the game "BattleShip"? The concept is the same. You go after the most critical ship that will sink your fleet of ships - which is the small destryoer battle ship. Just because a port is big and busy does not make the port critical and if it was destoyed, will have major affects on the economical outcomes. Yeah precisely my point. Elementary my dear...elementary.
