Will a Bose 3-2-1 series2 subwoofer work with a lifestyle28 series 3 surround set up?

I have a lifestyle 28 series 3 system without the subwoofer and I found a 3-2-1 series 2 system online that was affordable and needing to know if the 3-2-1 sub would work on my lifestyle 28 series 3 system?[strike][/strike]

You can't use the 3-2-1 in combination with the Lifestyle 28.
In both of those systems the amplifiers for all the speakers is in the acoustimass woofer. The 3-2-1 is a 2,1 system so the module doesn't have amps for a 5,1 channel system like the 28.
Connectors are different too.
