Will Expresscard 2.0 bottleneck a gtx 750 ti sc?

Well I need to get a different GPU on my laptop, I know that a desktop is better but I don't have enough money and I will not save up that long (takes me 3 months to save up $200), I have been looking at this

I can't use the mini pci version because of HP whitelisting. I tried my best to get the oldest BIOS but it didn't work (spent 3 hours looking)
BTW I have an HP Elitebook 8740w..processor is an i7 640m (won't bottleneck as the i7 is equiv to an i3 2130 which won't bottleneck the gtx 750 ti sc)

Expresscard 2.0's max bandwidth is 5.0 GBPS I believe

Why are you trying to turn a laptop into a poorly performing desktop?

In addition to that $50 thing, you will need the GPU, and a relevant PSU.

I'm just trying to get a decent setup until I can get my desktop..I can't save enough for a desktop just yet, I'm only in 9th grade..I just want to play medium/high settings 1080p 30-60 fps
