Will GTA V Work On My Acer V5 473 G Ultrabook?

Acer V5 473G Specs:

Intel Core i5 4200u
Nvidia GT 740M 64 Bit
6 GB DDR3L @ 1600 Mhz

Will GTA V run smoothly on this ultrabook with playable framerates at lowest settings at 1366x768 resolution without stuttering or lag? I just upgraded from 4 GB ram to 6 GB just in case. Do I have to upgrade it again to 8 GB?

Are you sure? But I've been playing NFS Rivals and Most Wanted 2012 60 FPS at low settings on 1366x768 resolution.
