Will i be able to handle gta 5?

Hello, I am really excited about the release of gta 5 on pc, i want to know if i can handle it. here are my comp specs;
2.9 ghz intel core I3-4130T processor
4 GB DDR3 ram
nvidia GTX 860M Gpu

Sigh, wait till benchmarks are out and the game is out. Every time a new game comes out, it's the same before the game is even out.

Your RAM is at the minumum, and while they don't have your exact CPU, that one is close enough and barely hits the min specs. Your GPU is good.

Yes. You have better CPU and GPU than required, and just the minimum amount of RAM required. However, I don't think you will be able to play at anything more than 1080p@medium quality preset. This isn't so bad when you take in account ps4 have roughly the same preset at 30fps.
