Will it run GTA 5

I got a new laptop and am wondering if it will run GTA 5 smoothly.

Here are the specs;
Intel® Core™ i7-5557U Processor 3.1GHz
Memory: 16 GB
Graphics: Intel® Iris™
Storage: 1 TB

Also, my previous laptop was very noisy and could be heard from downstairs, will this problem occur in this laptop?

Base from the configuration of your laptop it should run GTA V in Mid to High settings. Intel Iris can run high end games and 4K according to Intel and it could even match new graphics card out the market.
