i upgraded my lenovo G500s laptop from windows 8 single language to windows 10 pro manually but it dosent works great can restoring to factory settings will change the operating system too...

Yes, restoring to factory settings will replace all contents of the harddrive to the original state. You will lose all files on the harddrive, everything will be deleted. If your laptop shipped with windows 8 it will be restored to windows 8.

So you installed windows 10, but did you install the laptop hardware drivers after that install?
