Will my broken cord on my HyperX cloud be covered in their warranty?

hey guys sorry if this was a stupid question but i did some searching and tried support but i didnt get a clear answer. So this happened during our trip. I left my headset on the vehicle for an entire day with 29 celsius outside. my headset also has a really bent and kind of twisted cord near the jack. my problem is i do not know which broke my headphones. i am asking if the broken cord is covered by their warranty.

I assume a broken cord and bent jack would be covered, if not that's a hell of a bad warranty, try asking customer support =)

thanks ill try to contact them tomorrow just to make sure. It just sucks that im out of town right now tyvm for replying tho
