Will My Laptop Be Damaged If I do this?

I want to reduce my temperatures a bit on my laptop without opening it up and without a cooling pad, will it damage my laptop if I spray compressed air into the back vents and use a vacuum to suck it out? Thanks.

Also, please give any cleaning suggestions.

No, you will be fine, in fact that's exactly what you're supposed to do.

The vacuum shouldn't cause any damage, as air flow is normal in those areas. You're agitating dust with a more concentrated source of air flow, and then drawing it out with negative air.
