Will Sims 4 work on a windows 8 Asus laptop?

I've been thinking of buying Sims 4, but I don't want it to be glitchy or bad graphics, or even not work.
my specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4030U CPU @1.90GHz 1.90 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 6.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

From the looks of it, you MIGHT be able to run it as you meet most of the specs (The CPU is a bit under but only by 0.1 GHz)

You'll need to turn down a bunch of the graphics options though.

You should run it on low to medium settings. The game could get a bit laggy, though, since you're running on Intel HD graphics.

Low to medium settings is right. Your CPU has Intel HD 4400 integrated graphics. Here are fps benchmarks for Sims 4 on the HD 4400.
