Will this computer work for light gaming?

Hi, I'm thinking about getting a Lenovo Idea Pad 320 (14 inch) as a computer for school use, home use and occasionally playing games like GTA 5. It has a;
7th Gen Intel Core i5 Processor
4 GB DDR4
Storage
1 TB SATA HDD
I don't know anything about computers but will the laptop be able to support me playing GTA 5 on it in mediocre resolution and good responsiveness? Thanks.

Oh right okay thanks. Yeah I meant playing for small bits of time not the game. Why wouldn't it work? Because of the processor or the 4GB thing? Thanks again.
