Win CE out of Kiosk Mode

Does anyone have any idea how to get Win CE out of Kiosk Mode, can't get any where.... I was playing around with settings in the control panel and can't switch the view now!

I'm not familiar at all win Win CE, but is there any way to do a "hard reset"?

What device is this in particular? Sorry for stupid question, but wouldn't its manual tell you how to do a hard reset?
