Apple Photos: Organisation incl. intelligent albums: Faces, slo-mo, Videos, panoramas, time-lapse, favorites, bursts. You can create folder, albums und own intelligent albums.

And do not forget projects (making, diashows, calendars, books, etc.) in Photos for Yosemite.
