Windows 64% loop, with no screen

I have a Lenovo ideapad, which I upgraded to windows 10. Because of the poor hinge design, I have completely removed the screen of the laptop, and use a tv screen with an hdmi cord instead.

When I tried to wipe my computer to factory settings, I got stuck in the windows 64% download loop. I would like to factory reset the computer, but when I press the novo one button recovery key, the display is not projected onto the tv screen. Is there a way I can restore everything with strictly keystrokes, so that I do not need to see the screen? Or is there another way to restore the computer?

Thanks for any help!

If it is stuck at that percent, you need to restart the device, but with no access what so ever to the internet. So turn off your WiFi access, or do this where there isn't any. Or, if you are connected via Ethernet, unplug it.

If you restart it without the access, it should load. Then you can turn the internet access back on.

I tried what you said! I do not believe the computer is using Wi-Fi at all though. The computer restarts on its own endlessly, only showing that the OS has installed 64%.

This started on a failed factory reset which also stopped at 64%, but did not restart the computer. This led to my using a solution online, which was the mistake of changing a value in the register editorfrom 1 to 3. Now the compter restarts on its own, with no chance for input.

I can only think to use the recovery button on the side of my computer, or something like f2, but cannot see what I am doing on the following screens.
