Solved! Windows 7 cd dvd drivers

Hello,
My cd/dvd drive "runs" but is not recognized by the system. I keep getting reminder to load a cd in the drive when there is already one there.

Try the Microsoft web page that fixes many CD/DVD drive problems and click on the run now button.
