Plug it in (AC and USB). Most Brother printers have Windows 7 native drivers. If that doesn't work, go to Brother's site and look for drivers in the Downloads or Support areas.

It should have a disc that will run the setup; follow the prompts in the installation wizard and/or in the setup guide.
