I just got a new win 7(pro) x 64 computer (mainly for audio editing with Adobe Audition 3) and although it is supposed to be compatible, I can't extract files from cds in cd view. The dialog box is mostly greyed out and no track list appears.

The thing is, I have 2 laptops with factory installed win7 (home ed) and both audition 3 and audition 1.5 work perfectly. My operating system crashed one week after I got the computer during a microsoft update. I've reinstalled the operating system (w service pak 1), and now all seems to be fine, except for the (major) problem with Audition. It seems like it must be a registry setting since the program works fine with both other (similarly new) computers with the same operating system.

Thanks much,

Strangely, Audition 3 won't work for me on W7-64 - but Audition 1.5 (from 2004!) works perfectly!
