Windows battery report fluctuating

This has been happening a while and it's been offputting. My warantee has expired and I doubt I will have any way of sending it in to get repaired if this is a hardware issue, so I was wondering what other people will think of the issue.

Below I have linked my current battery capacity as well as my recent history of battery capacity.

They don't stay fully capable forever. It is normal for a battery to hold less and less of a charge. However, that is going down awfully quickly. If you just got it, I would consider getting them to replace the battery. If, however, you have had it for a while (long before the dates shown above, then I would say you should be OK for now, but I would not think the battery will last the year.
