Windows Laptop Suggestions

I'm in college now and really need a laptop
I don't have a lot of money so I need it as cheap as possible
I also need to run windows applications and photoshop so I don't really want to get a chromebook
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated, thanks

Check out the microsoft store. They have a good variety of laptops that are not junk ranging from low to high end. They have decent prices and laptops come without all of the normal junk installed.
