Windows Media Player audio stutters

Windows 8.1 x64
WMP stutters specially some seconds before the end an audio and after two seconds of the new song.
Playing with VLC won't have any problem.

Finally today I was able to install 2911106 and the problem continues

please other suggestions are appreciated
