Windows mobile touch not working

i have a mart phone with windows mobile 6 installed on it, the touch screen is not working, i dont know how to access the phone, what can i do please

Have you tried a hard reset, i.e. removing the battery?

Buwish is rite do a hard reset nd leave it for like 10min or so then retry
