Windows phone memory card

Hello, I have got a Nokia Lumia 520 and have bought a kingston 16gb micro sdhc card for it, but my phone does not realise that the memory card is in it. I have formatted it on my laptop and my phone still does not realise it as being there thank you for any answers.

This is from a Microsoft forum "The card must be SDHC, formatted to FAT32. Do a full format, not a quick format. "

Do a full format using FAT32 on the card.
