windows system does not work

windows 8.1 downloaded the windows 10 and windows 10 is not good as the device manager onthe hdd password system keys do not know. My computer name;dell insp 7437 late 2013 servise tag ;4T31ST1 HEwrote expired

It is very unclear what works and what does not on your Dell.
- you upgraded it to Windows 10. Does your Windows boot?
- your hard drive has BIOS password. Is this the problem.
- Who is "HE" who "wrote expired"?
