Windows won't load just a mouse curser

Well I turn on my laptop gateway ne56r31u and gateway comes up then it just a black screen and I can move my mouse curser around ps it's on windows 8.1 please help

press this ctrl+alt+del key and if a windows appears press task manager if it works inforfm here
