BIOSs or WinXps pwd? If its XPs pwd the you can disable it by loging in as admin - at the logon screen press CTRL+ALT+DEL and in user name field enter "Administrator" and leave the password blank. Cheers!

I have tried f8 in a safe mode nothing happens when i do the ctrl alt del....and my T on my keyboard is missing

What do you mean, safe mode and nothing happens? All you have to do is go to control panel..
