windows8 radio function

My friend's Huawei windows 8 phone has no radio listed under music and videos, all i see in this list is
collection
music
videos
podcasts
store
I understand radio should appear in this list but It is not there on this phone, please help, how can i add the radio function?

I would first verify that the phone actually has a radio receiver. That it doesn't would be the easiest reason as to why "Radio" is not listed.
