wired controller headset issues

i have a recon 50x with an afterglow controller, i had it for about 3 days until this consent buzzing would occur all the time and i could talk, it was working fine for awhile for the xbox one but ya that happened, up until i plugged it into my pc it also mad the nosie but after restarting it it fixed it, clear as ice, but until i replugged it into my xbox it did it again plz help the controller is wired usb only and the headset is only one cord 3.5mm

Try changing the cable and port. It's possible it's just garbage controller though, so have you tested it with a real XBO controller?

as i said it does work on the pc currently but not on the x1 but it did, the headset works on mobile and such but also i used the controller to connect it to the pc with the same usb but using the 3.5 mm pc jack because i don't have a combo jack but as i statedthey do both work on the pc

I did not once mention PC use. I specifically said you need to test these scenerios:
1) Different cable from controller to device
2) Different port on the device
3) Different controller with everything else the same
