wireless gaming headphone

Hi there.
I want some suggestion for wireless gaming headphone for a budget around US$400.
requirement :
-wireless
-can be used for both pc and phone
-good for music and gaming.
-surround or 7.1
-rechargeable both on dock and wired(while using)

Ive seems some good headphone such as turtle beach, astro and sennheiser, but im really in dilemma.
Any help would be really appreciated.

i saw many people posting about sound cutting out/dropping with this g930.

I've heard many people saying what a great headset it is. Some problems. But I sometimes wonder if the user is the cause eg not replacing batteries.

But if you're using the wireless, this happens with all of them.
