Wireless Headphone Problem

Hi, I got new wireless headphone for Christmas and everything else (radio, etc.) works except for the wireless connection. The headphones don't use bluetooth. Any ideas?

Would you like us to guess what make and model of headphones and equipment you got for Xmas?
If the headphones don't use bluetooth then they will need a compatible transmitter.
