Wireless hook up for smart tv

Visio 24" smart TV won't connect to wireless network even tho have pass phrase correct. Comcast cable provider and laptops, tablet & cell phones connect. I'm stumped

Could the other devices be 5ghz wireless N, and the TV only 2.4ghz Wireless N, and if the router is set to 5ghz only, a 2.4ghz will set it, try to connect, but never will.
