With out sound

My son RCA tablet is practically New I purchased it a day before Christmas and it has been working fine yesterday he played games and cut it back on and the speaker was not working but it works when you put head phones on.

It sounds like it may be a problem with the speaker itself. Since the device is so new, I would really consider taking it back for an exchange with a working device, or get the manufacturer to replace it.
