Wlan configuration for dapeng t2000

can anyone help me my phoneis not a top kind of cp so im having problems in using wifi.. when i go to a free hotspot my phone connect to the wifi but when im gong to use it it always says connection failed or invalid url. why is that so? and where can i access the wifi? thru the wap in my cp?
