some people can handle it, some people can't, and that's when things like this happen.
if you lost someone you loved, things can get really f*cked up,
you withdraw into a new world you build around you, with high walls to protect you from the violent things outside. and then there is the internet, how easy it is to make friends here, you will learn very fast that things can't really hurt you here, so it soon becomes your new home. its not the game, just another try to put a bad name on online games. its this virtual reality we have right at our finger tips, whenever we need it. i know what i am talking about, been there, done that.
sure, she is responsible for what happened. you don't let your dogs starve, and you don't put your kids in a situation like this. there is no excuse for this. but lets not forget that there were advantaging circumstances. for a start, those people around her could have paid more attention.
