I don't think she intended to kill the baby. She was just too young and too stupid in the way she handled it.
I'm absolutely sure she'll be very sorry for what she's done until the end of her days. Even if she never were caught and jailed.
I don't think that spending her life in prison will do her any good. A therapy and resocialization would be a better treatment. Is it necessary to waste yet another life?

When I read some of the posts I have the feeling that the average person is no better than her. And she is still a kid.

A Kid in my class last year was addicted to this game, we called him Pepsi max kid, he ran to the store everyday to buy pepsi max and played Farmville. He reached lvl 100 and then turned on to Frontier after Farmville. GO PEPSI KID!

I really think some people are ruining their lives with social sites. They become addicted and the rest of their lives suffer. I have people I know failing school because they don't studied but instead are on Facebook. All I can say is I hope they find and marry somebody on Facebook who is rich.

The same game that makes you care for a virtual world but does not make a difference because of her "real world".

There will be more to come of these unfortunately... I cant see the child having much of its little life anyway, where was the father in all this.

On top of it all she was smoking around the child too.

Are you kidding me? Not once, but TWICE she shook the baby AND she was smoking near the baby!. Seriously, do not have kids if you don't have even an ounce of patience and at least have the common sense not to smoke near the baby to begin with. Purely selfish act and have no sympathy for her jail time.
