Wont turn on after minecraft

I was playing minecraft early morning on my moms laptop,I had to go to the bathroom.when i came back it had shut off.I started playing again after I restarted it.10 min later it turned off again.This time it never turned on. it is a vaio
or whatever PLEASE HELP!

It is highly likely that the machine has overheated. My wife's laptop struggles even with browser games. Give it a chance to cool down and then reboot.

it was 5:40 when it stopped and it is now 7:07

Do you get anything at all when you try and boot it? It should cool down sufficiently within about ten minutes. If it won't show even a splash screen then the overheat may be more serious. Need more info to help diagnose.

Blow out the fan slots with a can of compressed air... from a Computer shop...
