Would it be possible to use the graphics card slot on my toshiba sattelite as a PCI(e) slot?

Basically I want to replace my graphics card with a RAID card. (I would then use USB graphics adapters to set it up, and remote terminal into it afterwards.)

Not going to work. A video card is required to post and a usb adapter wont work for this as they are not a true video card. If the system has an integrated video card you could use that.
