Would this camera suffice for youtube videos?

The Canon PowerShot SX130 IS

It's a camera from 2010 but all I have at my disposal for now until I can build a budget to buy something adequate. I've been wanting to start a youtube channel as a hobby and also learn lots about video editing. Just curious about cameras for shooting video now. How would this fair?

Is shooting video in only 30FPS okay? Pretty sure the camera only shoots in 720p though. Is that too poor of quality to be taken seriously as a YT channel?

i would use a webcam to start of with

If you are shooting out and about any recent android or apple will shoot 1080p video and you should try that before investing

A cannon s120 is good but quite expensive. 1080p at 60fps I believe. A gopro hero black is also good at 120fps at 1080p experiment try it out, see what your camera looks like when uploaded.
