What is the model number of your camera? I'm assuming from the header it is a Kodak camera. Have you tried http/support.en.kodak.com/app/answers/list/p/2/selected/true to find an answer?

Are the pictures stored on internal memory or a memory card? Is the problem that the camera is not recognized by the computer?
