I have tried to download the kodak app and it won't download. It says that it didn't finish. I want to put my pictures from the camera onto the computer.

Buy a card reader then you won't need to install any software. The card reader just plugs into a USB port on your PC, then you remove the card from the camera and insert it into the card reader.

Connecting the camera to the computer to transfer pictures is the hard way, very few people do it that way any more.
