i have a kodak C1550 camera . It has been downloading just fine. till a couple a days ago. it wont down loadin my computer.

When i turn on the camera it makes a dong.GENERALY the screen will give you the download procedure. but now nothing cones up.

open "my computer". Do you see your camera there? If so, right click and choose "properties". This will open a window that includes a tab called "autoplay". You should be able to solve from there.

i did that but my camer is not there !

OK. Then try going to "my computer". Right click, and select "manage". The select "device manager" Find your camera - expand each choice until you find it, but it is usally under "imaging devices" or listed as a mass storage device. Do you see your camera there?

I don't see it any where i'm going to have to get the download software from

kodak. Thank you for trying to help me.

Thank you I removed the sd card and inserted it in my computer and it down
loaded just fine.
