Www Toshiba P25 Recovery and Applications

Hello,I own a P25 S5093 Toshiba Satellite and I am having problems with my DVD and CD player. My system does not acknowledge any disk in the computer. Therefore I cannot fix the problem with my Recovery and Applications disk.Can someone please help me solve my problem.I have tried cleaning through conventional methods with no results.How do I reinstall all my DVD and CD drives. both problems need immediate attention.So please someone out there help me. my email address is ****** Thank you very much

Apart from having a broken drive. Look it up in Device manager and reinstall drivers.
