X7819, go or No go?

Hello,
I think it would be appropriate for me to address myself as the not-so-ino-computertype.
And therefore I would like to ask if a medion x7819 would be a good computer for playing diablo 3 and the likes?
Right now I have 4 year old hp Dv-6 laptop that really need to "retire" ^^

Galeener that's exactly the pc!
What is your definition of "fine"?
Can it play games(like mw3) on high settings? :-D

It has an ssd and a mobile gtx 670 nvidia card it should play most games on high settings.
