I wonder if this has anything to do with the failure of electronic voting machines in the USA. Many voting districts have decertified them for unreliability and security prolbems. A lot of them were using Windows CE.

Great idea in my opinion, its quite sad when you see the actual voter turn out nowadays.

Its supposed to represent the population's overall preference, it seems the last few elections, most of the population would rather sit at home and complain about the results, rather than actually actively casting a vote. Maybe this will get people a bit more involved.
