Xiaomi Mi Pad Vs Nvidia Shield Tablet

Now I know that Nvidia has lot of exclusive hardware that Xiaomi does not. I'm not asking about software comparison. What I'm asking about is what is the difference hardware wise and performance wise between the Xiaomi Mi Pad and the Nvidia Shield Tablet. I'm only reason I'm asking this because the price difference between the two devices is so large.

Xiaomi Mi Pad: $276
Shield Tablet: $400

Also, the Xiaomi Mi Pad has a higher resolution. (2048X1536 on a tablet for $276?!?? Holy ####!!)

By the looks of it they are on par with each other. I will depend on if you want the high res screen or not. Also I don't know the Xiamoi very well so someone who has used one will be able to weigh in more than me.

Xiaomi Mi Pad Advantages:
- Higher Resolution
- Less Expensive
- Better Rear-Facing Camera

Shield Tablet Advantages:
- Better Software

Other Thoughts:
- Same hardware specs
- Nvidia is more well known.
