XLR to USB cable needs Phnatom power

I recently bought a XLR to USB cable to work with my condenser Mic and hook it up to my computer. I was saddened to learn that it doesn't work, and after doing some research I found I need some source of phantom power for the mic which the cable is not capable of providing from just the computer. And I was wondering if there is something I can get that goes between the cable and computer that will provide the mic with phantom power?

you could always get a cheap mixer instead http/www.amazon.com/Behringer-302USB-Xenyx-Mixer/dp/B005EHILV4/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1460247754&sr=8-3&keywords=xlr+interface which is likely a better option

in any case, remember you get what you pay for. if you buy cheap, expect low quality. i listed some cheap options above.
