XP Unlock - Ohms to Ground

The bottom row of pins seems to register about 250 Ohms to the large ground point near L5, when I bridge then the top row also registers. Is this normal? The video made it look like some of the points should have infinite Ohms.

Is there a way to verify that the glue has been applied properly?

I couldn't exactly follow your post but here is what it should be:
Open bridges have unlimitet Ohm
Closed bridges should have around 0 Ohm.

If you get higher at all bridges (even the factory closed) then the multi-meter obviously doesn't give the right reading.

My PC eats so much money that I'm in 'desperate' need of it to buy PC3500 RAM, help Svol with his OC project!
