I have SONY XPERI NEO L which has no camera zoom, can any one suggest a best option for camera

In this case, I can suggest either "Camera Zoom FX" or "Vignette".

Camera Zoom FX is a very complete app, while Vignette has a decent post-processing feature.

Anyway, keep in mind that the only way to achieve zoom in your phone is through digital processing, which is always worse than optical zoom because you lose resolution.
